1.Contact Us – Send clear images of the product to our WhatsApp support team.
2.Return Instructions – Our team will provide you with the return address.
3.Courier Back – Ship the product back to us within 7 working days using the same brown safety box provided with your original parcel.
Important Conditions
•The product must be in unused condition and in original packaging (including tags, box, and accessories).
•Courier charges for returning the product are borne by the customer.
•Exchanges will only be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Exchange Value
•If the new product’s price is higher than your last purchase, you’ll need to pay the difference to our WhatsApp team before dispatch.
•If the new product’s price is lower, the difference can be:
•Deducted from your next purchase, or
•Refunded to you upon request.
